8mbe Terms & Conditions

By using the 8mbe website and all its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms have been written to be understandable in both English and Bengali, and have been created with users in Bangladesh in mind.

• These terms apply to any product, game, promotion, or service on the 8mbe platform.
• The terms may be changed at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you have consented to the new terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

8mbe is operated for persons aged 21 and above only. Minors may not open an account or play games on the platform. Age verification may be requested at registration or at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them may be suspended and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. The same policy applies to operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, contact number, payment details — must be completely accurate and kept up to date. 8mbe reserves the right to close an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 8mbe is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Only bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted as payment methods. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — deposits must come from an account registered in the member's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are only possible through the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.

3.3 About Rocket

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits and withdrawals can be completed through a Rocket account. However, direct bank transfers or transactions via a bank account are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 8mbe will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount or total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is issued only once and is non-transferable.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent activity or multiple accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of the bonus.
• 8mbe reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Certain games or game categories may not count toward bonus wagering — contact the support team for specific details.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

8mbe has four VIP tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a member's overall activity and consistency on the platform. Cashback is provided on a weekly basis and is withdrawable subject to applicable conditions.

5.1 Game Operation

All games available on 8mbe are operated by reputable third-party game providers who ensure fair play and the use of a Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely automatically and without any human intervention.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs without notifying 8mbe.
• Transferring bonuses or rewards through multiple accounts.
• Accessing another member's account or operating it without their permission.
• Operating an account using false or fraudulent information.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to network disconnection or server issues, 8mbe will make every effort to resolve the matter. However, 8mbe is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection. Please contact the support team in such situations.

6.1 Password & Login Protection

Full responsibility for the security of a member's account rests with the member. You are strongly advised not to share your login details with anyone. If someone accesses your account without authorization, notify us immediately at [email protected] or via live chat.

6.2 Account Suspension or Closure

8mbe may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions or fraudulent behavior.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion or setting responsible gaming limits).

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and the cause is not a breach of terms, the process for withdrawing that balance will be followed.

• 8mbe is not liable for account issues arising from a member's own negligence or security breach.

The 8mbe website, logo, content, game interface, and promotional materials are entirely covered by 8mbe's intellectual property rights. Members may use this platform for personal use, but republishing content for any commercial purpose or without permission is prohibited.

• Scraping, reverse engineering, or copying any part of the website is prohibited.
• 8mbe's trademarks or brand materials may not be used without permission.
• Game content displayed on the platform is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective game providers.

8mbe may revise, change, or update these terms at any time. An effort will be made to notify members of significant changes. However, it is every member's responsibility to check this page regularly. Continuing to use the platform after a change will be considered as consent to the new terms.
